Job summary

Doka USA is a leading formwork solutions provider. We seek a Customer Service Representative to handle order processing, invoicing, inventory management, and logistics for our regional operations in the US.

You will support the Operations Manager with month-end duties and maintain strong communication with customers and sales teams. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in administration, operations, or logistics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to learn new systems while working in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
• 2–5 years of recent administration/operations/logistics experience preferred.
• Experience in inventory control and procurement planning preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including command of English.
• Strong analytical skills with numeric aptitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn new computer systems and processes.
• Organized team player able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional inventory and logistics, stock optimization, and material flow.
• Manage customer accounts and full order process; communicate availability and status.
• Handle high call volumes; resolve issues promptly and communicate changes.
• Process pricing, billing, credit requests; ensure invoicing per contract terms.
• Monitor discrepancies and implement corrective actions in ERP/order systems.
• Manage back orders and coordinate with logistics for procurement and transfers.
• Review order confirmations and quote pricing for customers and sales staff.
• Support other logistics/operations tasks to ensure efficient regional operations.
