Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit in Reedsville, PA is seeking a Customer Services Specialist to join our team in a full-time, weekday office role. You will handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, process payments and deposits, and support loan servicing and branch operations while promoting our convenience products and Business Management Solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service; banking/finance preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in the office during branch hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.).

Responsibilities
