Job summary

GreenStone Farm Credit Services in Michigan seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the cornerstone of our service for all customer segments. This role supports branch operations, builds customer relationships, and collaborates with association staff.

You will handle daily customer interactions, answer incoming calls, receipting payments, and assist with mortgage loan processing and documentation.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service or office experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
• Daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, and providing administrative assistance to mortgage loan processing and loan documentation.
• Collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitate loan closings and ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Involvement in data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations, and supply ordering.
