GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking an Associate Financial Services Officer who is interested in building a career in agricultural lending and customer relationship management. This position can be located in Cadillac, Lakeview or Mt. Pleasant.

This is an entry-level lending position designed to develop future Agricultural Loan Officers. You will gain hands‑on experience across customer relationships, sales, credit, financial analysis, loan origination and portfolio servicing while working alongside experienced Financial Services Officers, Credit Analysts and other GreenStone employees.

We are looking for someone who brings curiosity, sound judgment, accountability, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in learning how to support agricultural customers and communities.
