- Recruits, trains and retains team members.
- Develop succession plans.
- Operates accounts within labor guidelines.
- Addresses customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Follows all safety requirements at accounts.
Responsibilities
- Assists in training and development of team members.
- Interviews applicants for positions to staff accounts.
- Reviews inventory and waste levels and advises actions.
- Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations and discusses with team.
- Generates reports for management to ensure profitability.
- Verifies and signs off on timecards.
- Visits accounts and meets with account representatives.
- Leads projects assigned by Operations/Branch Manager.
- Move objects up to 40 pounds while assisting at accounts.
- Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
