Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Alpharetta, GA. You will be the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met through proactive communication and strategic solutions, while managing inventory and billing accuracy.

You will lead a team to deliver exceptional service, optimize storefronts, and drive revenue growth, maintaining strong partnerships and KPI performance in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in client services, business development, or account management.
• 2+ years in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and act as a strategic partner to drive engagement and growth.
• Lead internal and external meetings, business reviews, and proactive check-ins.
• Oversee inventory management, billing accuracy, and credit hold resolution.
• Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and ongoing feedback.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain accurate client records in EFI Pace.
