You will oversee daily operations, schedule workloads, hire and develop associates, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to meet deadlines and standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and ensuring high-quality service to clinicians and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 4+ years in customer service, travel, or related fields; management experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams directly or indirectly.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the customer care team.
• Assign team tasks to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee documentation and knowledge management.
• Direct team processes to align with company standards.
• Train, motivate, and coach associates to high performance.
• Interview, hire, and engage staff; conduct annual evaluations.
• Maintain knowledge of roles, workflows, and expectations.
• May assist with team lead duties or special projects.
