Benson is hiring a Customer Service Manager in Alpharetta to lead and develop our Customer Service Coordinators. You will oversee performance, staffing, training, and processes to deliver top-tier service. This role partners with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive excellence and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer service or operations, plus 2+ years in leadership. A Bachelor’s in Business/Admin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in customer service or operations.
• 2+ years leading and coaching direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service Coordinators team.
• Monitor service levels, quality metrics, and performance.
• Manage staffing, training, and SOPs for operations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
