Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Maintain knowledge of front end procedures including cash reports, deposits and Coinstar.
• Ensure front end area is neat and presentable and operate the MVP savings center kiosk correctly.
• Assist during surge periods and perform as a customer lead when needed.
