Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and follow company dress policy.
• Assign fixed activities to front end and service desk/kiosk associates during idle periods.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision.
• Support and comply with all company safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Observe security standards and report abnormal behavior to management.
• Secure front-end change drawer when unattended to protect assets.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation according to policy and health regulations.
• Frequently perform cashier and/or bagging functions.
• Frequently perform service desk/kiosk duties and, if trained, bookkeeper tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
