Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Lead in Leander, TX to manage daily operations on-site when managers aren’t present. You’ll supervise the team, drive sales, greet customers, and ensure safety, cleanliness and an exceptional guest experience. This is a development role toward a Team Leader position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash according to SOPs.
• Lead by example, greet customers and drive membership sales using scripts.
• Guide vehicles safely into the car wash and explain the wash process.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality to deliver a superior experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with coaching the team and ensure safety and sales script adherence.
