Job summary

Auto Plus in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Customer Service Lead to advance exceptional customer experiences while serving as a trusted on-site leader when management is not present. The CSL will mentor Advisors, oversee daily service center operations, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

The role combines advanced customer service responsibilities with leadership duties, including opening/closing the store, guiding teams, and driving service quality and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of service industry experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive service, maintenance and parts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with ability to resolve complex situations.
• Mentoring, coaching, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Customer Service Advisor duties at an advanced level, serving as a role model in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on products, services, systems, and shop procedures.
• Open and close the service center as scheduled, completing all required operational, cash-handling, and security procedures.
• Serve as the primary on-duty leader when the Service Center Manager is not present.
• Mentor, train, and onboard Customer Service Advisors; share best practices in communication and sales.
• Assist with interviewing and evaluating candidates and provide ongoing feedback to support team development.
• Partner with technicians and management to ensure accurate, efficient, customer-focused service operations.
• Promote a safe, compliant, and team-oriented work environment.
