Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a Customer Service Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to act as the primary on-site leader during assigned hours. The CSL performs advanced Customer Service Advisor duties and holds key holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store per schedule.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and mentoring of team members, ensuring safety, compliance, and strong customer satisfaction across daily operations at the service center.

Qualifications

• Three to five (3-5) years of service industry experience.
• Advanced customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced Customer Service Advisor duties while acting as a key holder and on-site leader.
• Mentor, train, and onboard Customer Service Advisors to improve performance.
• Partner with technicians and management to ensure efficient service operations.
• Lead daily service center operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and confidence.
