Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a Customer Service Lead to guide the service center team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and serve as the on-site lead when management is not present.

The CSL combines advanced Customer Service Advisor duties with key holder responsibilities, mentors staff, ensures safety and compliance, and remains focused on sales opportunities and customer satisfaction during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in service industry roles.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced Customer Service Advisor duties and act as a role model.
• Serve as key holder opening/closing the store as scheduled.
• Lead on duty when the Service Center Manager is absent.
• Mentor, train, and onboard Advisors to improve performance.
• Promote safe, compliant operations and customer satisfaction.
