Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or lead role in retail
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods with flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day customer service initiatives and motivate associates
• Model Burlington philosophy and core values in daily work
• Ensure customer-first experience with friendly, fast checkout
• Maintain neat and orderly front-end area and troubleshoot register issues
• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedule adherence
