Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on cleanliness and sanitation across various sites. The role emphasizes professional customer interactions and maintaining high facility standards.

Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, following the daily schedule, and reporting hazards to supervisors. Shifts are Mon-Fri 7am–3:30pm with compensation ranging from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: no specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Work as a team with other employees
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
