Job summary

SBM is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas and support daily schedules. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional communication with supervisors and coworkers.

Key duties include operating cleaning equipment, following all procedures, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness. The position offers Monday–Friday shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with hourly compensation of $19–$20.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred or equivalent.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication; knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team and take direction from supervisors.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
