Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role supports a safe, clean workplace and follows all safety procedures.

You will work with a team to complete daily duties and maintain a professional environment for customers. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, with a pay rate of $16-$17 per hour.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
