Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role emphasizes janitorial duties, safety, and professional communication with customers and coworkers across site locations.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, operate cleaning equipment, report hazards, and follow all procedures. The position runs Mon-Fri 7am to 3:30pm with an hourly rate of $15.50–$16.50, with minimal education requirements and potential forklift certification.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required and MVR must meet company standards.
• Safety and task training certification completed; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual a plus; ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
