Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Process hold/release of inventory.
• Review receipts/outbounds for accuracy and invoicing.
• Generate customer reports as needed.
• Verify inventory and notify customers of shortages.
• Coordinate with Operations on special requests.
• Serve as first point of contact to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain and file documentation.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
