Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products, pricing, and orders.
• Process customer orders, updates, and changes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and order information in company systems.
• Create and maintain reports and administrative documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and internal teams to support order fulfillment.
• Escalate and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
