Watermark is a manufacturer's representative for a wide range of products for the plumbing, HVAC, sewer, irrigation, and infrastructure markets. Headquartered in Indiana, with a location in Ashland, OH, we service the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic markets and help manufacturers distribute their products efficiently through progressive channel strategies. We also provide a range of services to channel partners, including contractors, engineers, and distributors to ensure their projects succeed with quality products yielding superior solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Answer all sales-related incoming calls and determine appropriate action
  2. Process quotes, orders, and delivery inquiries in an efficient and quick manner
  3. Provide prompt technical support to customers
  4. Work closely with outside sales account managers to assist with any customer needs
  5. Maintain and develop relationships with customers and prospects
  6. Adhere to and follow all appropriate sales processes and policies to ensure company meets sales and revenue goals
  7. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to customer/prospect service-related issues
  8. Actively participate in sales meetings and training opportunities
  9. Partner with outside sales team members to ensure we are responding to new business opportunities and prioritizing growth of new accounts
  10. Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay current on all product changes

Qualifications

  1. Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn product information
  2. Able to multi-task, be neat and detail-oriented and work quickly
  3. Ability to both work/learn independently and collaborate with other teammates
  4. An energetic and entrepreneurial attitude – be creative, adaptable & flexible
  5. Desire to learn – be a “sponge”, be inquisitive, seek and find solutions
  6. Superior problem-solving skill set
  7. Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications
