We are currently looking to add a new Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to our America Sales Team.
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be specifically focused on renewals and generating new opportunities within our existing client base in their assigned territory. The ISR will drive results through outstanding teamwork, and exceptional customer relationships with the goal of maximizing renewal revenue.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating revenue from existing customers.
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest and obtaining business requirements. Work with his/her Virtual Account team (i.e. Director of Inside Sales, Solutions Consultants, Product Management, etc.) to strategize in developing appropriate account and opportunity plans
- Respond to incoming inquiries from companies interested in the solutions and direct them to the best possible fit based upon our offerings.
- ISR will utilize MS Teams to make remote presentations to existing and prospective customers and create clear and accurate written proposals and quotations for them outlining their options and best recommended courses of action.
- Resolving customer problems and complaints.
- Report to management on customer needs, problems and interests that can best guide the product roadmap and customer engagement models.
- Report on competitor activities to better enable our marketing efforts and lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain knowledge of our products and services as well as market conditions and trends.
- Accurately update forecast and opportunity details within SalesForce on a timely basis.
- Provide firsthand feedback and recommendations on our marketing efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed software licensing revenue quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Goal oriented, highly motivated, with a persistent mindset.
- Extremely organized and methodical.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
- A team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment with a desire to work with others for broader success.
- Experience working in software sales in a revenue quota carrying role.
- Must possess excellent telephone communication skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite.
- Preferred 1+ years’ successful experience in software inside sales.
- A basic understanding of information technology and comfortable discussing technology with customers; SalesForce, LinkedIn, chat experience is a plus.
