Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative in North Sioux City, SD. You will support the sales team and customers with inquiries, quotes, orders, and parts sourcing. The role is onsite, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for advancement within a Fortune 1000 company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience; industrial distribution or parts counter environment a plus
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
• Authorized to work in the US; sponsorship not provided
• On-site role with no relocation benefits
• Basic computer skills including Excel

In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. This position is onsite at our service center, part of a great team. Hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do
