Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative (CSR) in Wichita, KS. You will support the sales team and customers with inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns from an onsite service center.

We offer a team-focused environment, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with company match, insurance, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance. Hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, on site.

Qualificações

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales experience.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and a sense of humor.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.

What you'll do

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment a plus
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Basic computer skills including Excel
