Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a friendly, on-site Customer Service Representative in Twin Falls, ID to support the sales team and customers. You’ll handle inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns while sourcing parts and assisting with stockroom duties.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service or inside sales, strong communication, and basic Excel skills. Local travel not required; on-site work only with a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment a plus
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills including Excel
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (MVR)
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.

We are hiring a full-time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) in Twin Falls, ID. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. This position is onsite at our service center, part of a great team.

Hours are 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Manager to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
