Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support the sales team and customers in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will process inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns, source parts, and help generate sales while assisting with stockroom duties and delivering materials locally.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience, strong attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

What You’ll Do

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
