Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative (CSR) in Billings, MT to support the sales team and customers. This on-site role runs 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with bonus opportunities and a path for career advancement.

You will engage with customers, process inquiries and orders, source parts, and help grow sales while contributing to a team-driven environment at our service center.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude; basic computer skills including Excel.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• On-site work; no relocation benefits.
• Authorized to work in the US; sponsor is not offered.

What You’ll Do

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Manager to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

• Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
• Sourcing parts
• Assist in generating sales
• Help in the stockroom as needed, deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment a plus
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills including Excel
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
