Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will interact with shoppers all day, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met while maintaining store standards.

In this part-time role, you will work across departments, including Appliances, Hardware, and Home Décor, with daily tasks that emphasize friendly, efficient service and accurate order processing. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of computer use.
• Experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Strong reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Preferred: bilingual abilities and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, cutting pipe, wood handling).
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
