Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will assist in locating items, stocking, and processing orders with a focus on friendly service.

Your responsibilities may vary by department and shift, with potential to work across Appliances, Hardware, Tools, and more. A part-time schedule is available to suit different needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform related tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/repair items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
