Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting information.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to perform duties requiring standing and other physical activity.
• Able to lift or move up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
