Job summary

Lowe's in Sioux Falls is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will engage with shoppers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure a friendly, helpful experience.

You may assist with locating merchandise, loading items, and stocking shelves while learning multiple store areas. This part-time role offers flexible schedules, training, and access to Lowe's benefits and growth

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Basic math and literacy skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by filling empty spaces on shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
