Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure their shopping experience is smooth and friendly.

The role involves stocking, processing orders, and occasional load and unload of merchandise. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unaided or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing stock.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve customer service.
