Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and keep shelves stocked. You will engage customers, answer questions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across departments.

The role supports a variety of store areas, with opportunities to learn new trades and participate in the Track to the Trades program. A bilingual or customer-focused mindset is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer or similar input devices.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and operate a computer.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and assist with loading/stocking merchandise as needed.
• Assist with ordering and delivering merchandise accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to elevate customer service across departments.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., cutting, tinting, or loading items).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
