Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a part-time position in the United States. You will greet customers, help them locate products, and ensure accurate processing of orders while delivering friendly service in a dynamic home improvement environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling and a benefits program. You may work across various departments and gain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other areas to support store objectives
• Prepare merchandise per customer needs in your department
