Job summary

Lowe's Stores in Bend, OR are seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for their home improvement needs. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a seamless shopping experience in-store.

In this role you will work across departments, assist with merchandise locating, stocking, and processing orders, while providing friendly service and support throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer or retail technology.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Experience with smartphones/tablets used in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
