Job summary

Lowe's in Chillicothe, MO seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, efficient service throughout the shopping experience.

You'll work across departments as needed, process orders and deliveries, and help maintain organized shelves. This role supports customers daily with questions, product recommendations, and a positive store environment, with flexible part-time hours possible.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best service.
• Prepare merchandise in the department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned
