Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by monitoring shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (paint tint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
