Job summary

Lowe’s in Magnolia, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, efficient service throughout their shopping experience.

You will assist with locating items, answer questions, process orders, and help maintain organized shelves in a fast-paced home improvement environment. The role supports learning across departments and offers potential growth within Lowe’s.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
