You will assist with locating merchandise, answer questions, process orders and deliveries, and support other store areas as needed to ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience. Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
