Modern Builders Supply, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service representative to respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

You will document interactions in our CRM and collaborate with suppliers to provide product information and training. Ideal candidates will have prior customer service or retail experience and a basic knowledge of building products.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building products/roofing industry preferred.
• Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems experience helpful.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer interaction by responding to questions and assisting with ordering via phone and email.
• Document interactions with customers and vendors within our CRM.
• Partner with vendors for training and product information.
• Follow up on orders to manage tracking information, returns, and filing claims for damaged merchandise.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone and email.
• Maintain the overall customer experience while on our website.
