Explore Industries in Albany, NY is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to act as the key link between customers, dealers, and internal teams, managing orders and supporting inside sales.

You will coordinate with Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Accounts Receivable, build relationships across the US and Canada, and drive customer satisfaction and growth with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or invoicing experience.
• 1+ years of experience building relationships with customers and dealers.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• CRM experience (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central or SAP (preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for client growth and process improvement.
• Flexibility to accommodate after-hours customer needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules based on production lead times.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, and internal departments (Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Accounts Receivable) to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and escalating when necessary.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to confirm payments prior to order delivery.
• Manage existing inventory for consignment or stock customers by integrating units into construction schedules.
• Provide timely and professional support to customers regarding order status, scheduling, and product information.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to support business growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Explore Industries’ products to provide knowledgeable client support.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
