Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Albany is seeking an entry-level Sales Assistant/Delivery Coordinator to support vehicle deliveries and cross-train across the dealership.

This on-site role in Albany, NY reports to the General Sales Manager and offers hands-on training, flexible weekend hours, and a pathway into automotive sales.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Explain delivery paperwork to customers.
• Answer questions about availability, cost, and aftermarket products.
• Introduce customers to Service Department offerings.
• Review vehicle delivery features with customers.
• Deliver/pick-up vehicles for customers and other dealerships.
• Prep and park vehicles for delivery.
• Support customers and associates in the delivery process.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Entry Level Sales Assistant/Delivery Coordinator Opportunity Albany CDJR of Albany is looking for a team-oriented Sales Assistant/Delivery Coordinator to manage vehicle deliveries following our values.

This is a position where you are cross trained in all aspects of our business. With over 300 locations in the USA alone, we’re sure to have a job for you. Come join a Fortune 200 team and see where the road leads you! You will coordinate with the Sales Department to manage the delivery of vehicles sold each day. You will gain familiarity with all processes and paperwork necessary to complete a vehicle sales transaction. You will report to the General Sales Manager.

This is an on-site position located in Albany, NY.

What you’ll do:

• You will explain delivery paperwork to customers
• Answer all questions, including the availability, cost, and benefit of aftermarket products.
• You will introduce customers to the services provided by our Service Department
• Review operational features of the vehicle that is being delivered
• You will contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere
• Deliver/pick-up vehicles for customers and other dealerships
• Prep and park vehicles
• Readiness to help assist customers and fellow associates in the delivery of our products and services.
• Other tasks as assigned
