Job summary

Explore Industries in Albany, NY is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the link between customers, dealers, and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and growth.

You will manage orders, support inside sales, and build strong dealer relationships across the United States and Canada, coordinating with Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Accounts Receivable to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience building relationships with customers and dealers.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments with deadlines.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for client growth and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Serve as liaison between customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers; address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to confirm payments prior to delivery.
• Manage inventory for consignment or stock customers; integrate units into construction schedules.
• Provide timely support on order status, scheduling, and product information.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities with the sales team.
