Job description

General Virtual Assistant job at Offsite Professionals LLC. Remote.

Starting rate is $5-$6 per hour for a 20-hour work week.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to manipulate data and generate reports.
  • Demonstrated eye for design and creativity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work autonomously.
  • Experience in Shopify, Mailchimp, and CRM systems is a plus.
Scope of Work:
  • Customer Communication: Utilize advanced English communication skills to engage with potential customers via email, chat, and other communication channels. Providing timely and professional responses to inquiries and addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting. Managing spreadsheets, organizing data, and generating reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Design and Creatives: Possess an eye for design and creatives to assist in the creation of visually appealing content for marketing materials, presentations, and social media posts. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and bring them to life.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in data entry, document preparation, and project coordination.
  • Instruction Adherence: Ability to follow instructions closely and execute tasks efficiently. Taking initiative when needed and seeking clarification when instructions are unclear.
