Job summary

Virginia’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking multiple Customer Service Generalists to join the Culpeper Customer Service Center. If you have strong customer service and cash/credit handling experience, problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow, we’d like to talk with you.

You will communicate policies, issue IDs, process applications, administer tests, and handle diverse registrations, titling, taxes, and fees.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse customers.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail for accurate processing.
• Problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Ability to read and interpret complex laws and DMV procedures.
