Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-ins and appointments.
• Create estimates, invoices and process payments for auto work.
• Answer phones and follow up with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate information.
