Job summary

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is hiring Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk Associates across the country. Both experienced and entry-level candidates are welcome. Training is provided with earning potential up to $18 per hour after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is valued; entry-level positions available.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-ins and assist customers and appointments.
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work.
• Answer phones and return customer calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist Manager with daily parts returns and ordering accuracy.
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with customers.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
