Responsibilities

• Enter and update loads, scan and RVI loads.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for freight.
• Provide switchboard coverage.
• Track freight and proactive communication.
• Provide coverage for CSR's when out of office.
• Answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
