Job summary

Digital Dynamics is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Scotts Valley, CA to support a growing customer base with advanced Excel skills and data analysis. You will manage orders, forecasts, and dashboards while coordinating with sales, demand planning, logistics, and quality to ensure timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, strong Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, charts).
• Experience with order management systems; SAP/Ariba/Syspro is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau) are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer buyers regarding product availability, orders, and logistics.
• Process and track sales orders, RMAs, and delivery schedules in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with sales, demand planning, logistics, and quality to resolve issues and fulfill orders.
• Proactively communicate delays or updates to customers clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing agreements, and shipment history.
• Identify urgent issues and suggest process improvements through data analysis.
• Support forecasting and demand planning via customer interaction and historical data.
• Utilize advanced Excel tools to manage data, forecast, and generate reports.
